Patrons begin Decorating Cars so people can walk around and see the creativity.
Roving Monsters and Zombies will be wandering the theater grounds for pictures(Screen 2 side)
7:00 pm: The Movies start
Intermission: Costume Contest (on screen only) Winners announced with prize pick up for those in attendance, people can walk through the Haunted Cemetery Walk.
Movies resume and the night wraps up like normal
A staple from the beginning, our Theatre is filled with Roving Zombies and Monsters. Once the sunsets, watch out as they wander around the lot on the scary screen as you watch your horror movie.

TICKET PURCHASE INFORMATION DUE TO COVID 19!
Online Ticket Sales are available as presale only and 75% of our total parking capacity is available due to Covid-19 restrictions. You MUST follow these directions exactly to purchase a ticket online and guarantee your parking space as we are limited to 1/2 of our capacity on each screen right now. We shutdown all presale tickets at 5 pm the night of the show or earlier in the event they have been sold out of online parking capacity. However we do have 25% off the parking spaces available for normal ticket sales at the box office during our regular hours. Online Tickets do have extra fees involved for processing. PLEASE, READ the FAQS Page on this webiste BEFORE you purchase a ticket online so you are aware of the current restrictions on our operations due to Covid 19.
To purchase tickets follow these directions:
Click on the 'Big Red Ticket' below to go to our Presale Ticket App.
Look at the dates and click on the showtime of the movie you wish to purchase tickets for.
On the next page, select one of the (Car + Driver) OR (Front Row Car + Driver) ticket types first. This ticket will guarantee your parking spot at the theater and admission for the driver of the vehicle. We have 10 Reserved Front Row spots per screen each night and 75% of our capacity of each screen set aside for Car + Driver spots. You MUST choose one of those ticket types to secure a parking spot at this time. If they are sold out, you will not be able to purchase them and you'll have to arrive early to get a spot from the other 25% capacity onsite. All parking except 'Front Row' is first come first served as you arrive at the theater.
Next, select the other tickets you need for your vehicle.(Adult 12 & Older) or (Child 4-11). You will need to purchase a ticket for everyone you expect to come in your vehicle.
Finally, If you plan to bring in food or drinks to enjoy at the theater, please add the 'Food Permit' ticket. You only need 1 Food Permit per vehicle and we donate a percentage of each sale to St. Jude!
From there, check out. Make sure your email address is correct to get the Tickets sent to you.
We will also need your correct name to check in at the theater.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: With the Limitations of operating during the Covid-19 Pandemic, this will be the best option to guarantee admission for the movie of your choice. No refunds will be given, so plan accordingly. Be very precise on which night you choose to attend as we cannot switch nights due to the new rules in place and demand for online tickets.
Parking is ALWAYS first come, first served, so it is very important that you arrive as early as possible when attending a busy movie at the drive-in! ALL PRESALE TICKETS MUST BE REDEEMED AT THE THEATER 1 HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIME ON WEEKENDS IF POSSIBLE AND 1/2 HOUR BEFORE SHOWTIME SUNDAY - THURSDAY NIGHTS.
Fun Extras for everyone to enjoy:
We'll have our Photo Booth set up for folks to take some fun pictures, however we cannot have the props out this year. Just add a filter and enjoy taking fun pictures and dress up to add to it!
We'll be hosting our Costume contest and encourage folks to dress up still, however we'll be doing the actual contest virtually. We ask you to submit photos of your family in their costumes(kids, adults, and groups) to our email address(firstname.lastname@example.org) beginning on Monday before the event and will accept pictures until Thursday of that weekend. We then show them on screen during our intermission when we announce winners. You will have to let us know the night you plan to come, contact info including a mailing address in the event you don't come to the show so you can still collect a prize.
2020 marks the 9th anniversary of our annual FRIGHTFEST pre-Halloween celebration. Each year we deck the place out in spooky decorations and bring in some fun extras for everyone to enjoy and get excited about the upcoming October Holiday.
This year is no exception and we've expanded the event to 4 full weekends of fun!
Weekends 2 & 3 are for all audiences as we'll have family friendly Halloween themed movies on screen 1 for the kids and scary horror movies on screen 2 for the horror fans.
Weekend 4: Friday/Saturday 16th & 17th and Sunday the 18th:
Friday & Saturday October 16 & 17: The Nightmare Before Christmas on both screens.
Sunday October 18th: Final night of the season and free movie night with Monster House on screen 1 and The Cabin in the Woods on screen 2.
What is Frightfest 2020?
We've got DOUBLE FEATURES on both screens. Screen 1 will host the family friendly movies Halloween themed movies while Screen 2 has the mix of newer and classic horror movie favorites!
Weekend 2: October 9th, 10th & 11th
Weekend 4: October 16th & 17th (No Costume Contest)
Sunday October 18th(free movie night, No Costume Contest, fundraiser for local area charities)
The whole drive-in gets a spooky makeover with Halloween style props, decorations, ghosts and more including our Skeleton Horse drawn Hearse and more.

Prior to the movies starting we have a host of activities for everyone to enjoy including car decorations and of course all of our usual food and fun.
Trunk or Treat will no longer be taking place for the 2020 event due to changes in the IL state Covid 19 restrictions. You are welcome to dress up in costume and decorate your vehicles, but handing out candy will not be allowed. Sorry for this, it's out of our hands.
Once the sun sets each night, the ghouls come to life with our Roving Zombies and Monsters scaring people on screen 2. Looking for Volunteers to help in scaring folks, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to participate.
Trunk or Treat will not be taking place for 2020. Due to changes in the new Covid-19 rules for the state of IL Trunk or Treat has been cancelled fy2020 events. You can still decorate your vehicle and walk around to see the other cars, but candy is not allowed to be handed out.
