2017 Special Events Calendar

 Here is a list of our special events for our 63rd season:
  


June 
















Our Annual Kid's Carnival Sunday June 25th. Tons of fun games for kids of all ages with great prizes, potentially rides, food specials, and guest appearances from Lightning McQueen, Gru and the Minions, and even Olaf from Frozen! All proceeds benefit St. Jude's Children's Hospitals.

Meet the Minions!  - Friday, June 30 - Monday, July 3rd - opening weekend for the movie: DESPICABLE ME 3 - Double Feature Weekend as well to celebrate the July 4th Holiday! Movies TBD
 

July 

June 30th, July 1st, and July 2nd come on out for our annual Independence Day weekend with DOUBLE FEATURES, DIGITAL FIREWORKS, and guest appearances from movie characters! (Movies planned to be shown are Screen 1: Despicable Me 3 & Transformers: The Last Knight, Screen 2: Cars 3 and Wonder Woman)


July 7th-9th: Our annual Harvest Moon Birthday Party Weekend with DOUBLE FEATURES, FOOD SPECIALS, and some photo opportunities with movie characters.( Movies expected to be shown are Screen 1: Despicable Me 3 and Spider-Man: Homecoming, Screen 2: Cars 3 and Transformers: The Last Knight)


July 27th: 1 night only, Harvest Moon's Retro Monster Bash fundraiser featuring the 1957 classic: "The Beginning of the End" with a story line featuring local towns and places including some local footage. We'll have some food specials to coincide with the movie and it'll be a full on blast from the past experience. All proceeds from ticket sales and a portion of the food sales go to benefit the Ford County Historical Society. Don't miss out!


August 


Rocky Horror Picture Show night. Prop packs, singing, costume contest and prizes galore for this annual adventure. 


Hit's of the Summer 2017 ends the summer season Labor Day weekend with double features, food specials, and some extras to be announced later.


September 

Our 6th Annual Frightfest kicks off with spooky movies for families and horror movies for adults. Our newly revise Walk of the Dead haunted trail(carnival of fear edition), costume contests, trunk or treat, vendors, food specials and more. Bigger and Better than ever, 2 full weekends of fun!


6th Annual 80's Flashback Weekend with iconic 80's movies, costume contests with great prizes, and some can't be missed appearances.
